Maybe you’re here because something in you is asking for a little more space. More connection. More strength. More ease. Maybe you’re simply ready to feel good in your body again.
Whatever brings you through the door, you are welcome here.
I’ve been teaching yoga and movement since 2005, and my own path has taken me through many practices, teachers and places—from Hatha and Vinyasa to Embodiment, Kundalini-Awakening, breathwork, mindfulness and nervous-system-focused work. Today, I weave those experiences together to create a practice that is grounded, curious, embodied and human.
A place where movement meets breath, strength meets softness, and where we make space for the whole of you.
My approach isn’t about perfect poses or becoming someone different. It’s about listening inward, building strength and resilience, deepening your relationship with your body, and finding tools that support you both on your mat and in everyday life.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga, have practiced for years, or simply want to move, breathe and feel more like yourself again—there is a place for you here.
Because ultimately, I don’t believe this practice is about becoming more of something.
I believe it’s about coming home to yourself.
And I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
""Britt’s aura is truly beautiful, I always feel safe and content when in her presence. Somehow she knows when my mind begins to drift to chaos or during a difficult pose, and reminds us “you are exactly where you need to be” Her classes give me a chance to slow down, reconnect with myself, and simply be present. Even my family encourages me to go because of how I show up when I come home from her class; feeling calmer, more grounded, and energized""

"I have been practicing with Britt for over three years. It's her genuine non-judgmental, always welcoming, and uniquely curated classes that strike a chord with me. I will continue to seek out opportunities to move with her because she is a such a light and true community builder."

"I first had the pleasure of working with Britt in a group yoga practice and was so impressed by her approach that I later asked her to work with me individually. What makes Britt such a wonderful teacher is her ability to truly observe, listen, and meet you where you are. With my mobility and balance challenges, she has an incredible ability to adapt movements to what my body can do, often breaking them down into smaller, achievable steps and then building on them as I was ready. Her approach is gentle, encouraging, and always respectful of my abilities,,, and patient. Through our work together, I have noticed improvements in both my balance and mobility, but I have also developed a greater awareness of the connection between movement, breath, mind, and body. Britt is a true yoga teacher in every sense of the word. She has helped me understand that yoga isn't about what a pose is supposed to look like... it is about being present, listening to your body, and discovering what is possible. I feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with Britt.""

""Having 1:1 sessions with Britt has changed my faith in myself and helped me realize that I really can do it — I realized I needed a little help and the right adjustments. I’ve always struggled in classes with achieving what looked like the “required” poses and holds, and I never really felt comfortable or confident in my own body. Through our 1:1 sessions, we’ve adapted poses and flows so they work for me. I’m now able to achieve things I once thought I couldn’t, while building the core strength and muscular support I need to feel strong and good on the mat. Most importantly, I’ve taken away a renewed belief in myself: I can do anything with a little help. Much Love and appreciation to have this opportunity here in Antigonish! "I completed 8 private sessions with Britt during my postpartum journey and she welcomed me every session with whatever energy I was bringing that day. Britt somehow always knew exactly the flow I needed at each session and gave me so many tools to be used on and off the mat. Such an incredible woman & mother to spend time with and I truly valued every second. Thank you Britt! "
